Each agreement serves a separate purpose. This Privacy Policy explains our information practices and does not replace the terms of any separate participation agreement.
Registration submissions and related agreements may be documented through applicable form records, email notifications, administrative records, or separately signed documents, depending on the registration process and systems in use.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during AFA classes, camps, competitions, demonstrations, and other academy activities.
Such recordings may be used for coaching, educational materials, academy communications, website content, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes where authorized by the applicable Photo and Video Release and law.
For minors, the applicable registration process may require a parent or legal guardian to review and separately acknowledge the Photo and Video Release.
Authorized photographs and videos may appear on public websites, social media platforms, or other promotional channels. Content published through third-party platforms may be viewed, shared, or retained by others according to the features and policies of those platforms.
Questions or requests relating to the use of a participant’s image or recording may be submitted directly to AFA. Such requests will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable release, the circumstances of publication, and governing law.

8. Information Sharing and Disclosure
AFA does not sell, rent, or trade student registration information, allergy information, or emergency contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.
